Hosting and Support
The relationship doesn't have to (and shouldn't) end when the website is delivered. We have extensive experience in managing and supporting large scale websites across multiple time zones.
Choice of Technology
We have extensive experience in delivering solutions for enterprise environments, using market leading products such as Oracle, WebLogic, Vignette, MS SQLServer and so on. However, when the choice is there we normally favour industry-standard open source and low-licensing products, keeping TCO to a minimum. The majority of our solutions run equally well on MySQL, Tomcat and Apache in a Linux environment.

We believe in transparency and we never hide issues, delays or risks from the client. Instead, we invite the client to follow the progress through our "weekly builds" and we content manage and publish all documents, risk logs, bug lists, minutes etc for all parties to access.

We only use people who have the right background and experience for each particular project, and never charge out inexperienced staff at senior rates.
Freedom of ownership
We never try to tie our clients in through licencing, ownership of IP/artwork, source code or costly support contracts. Instead we offer complete ownership of all parts developed as part of the project to the client.

All our solutions are based on best-practice open architectures with dynamic database-driven content and settings. This means that our products can easily be extended to grow with our client's future business needs, without the need for further heavy IT investment.
Fixed prices are fixed
The vast majority of the work we do is with fixed terms. We take pride in our ability to understand the business and accurately assess scope, developing efforts and risks. This means that the price quoted is the full and final price for a complete delivery.
