Standard Options

Whilst we would customise your loyalty scheme to meet your exact needs, we have prepared a set of standard packages to use as a basis. Read more about them below, or compare their features.

Campaign (managed)

A cost-effective service suitable for clients who need to run one-off campaigns or trials, or who simply need a file with unique codes. It comes with an optional white-labelled website where people can enter the codes. The service does not give access to backend systems and does not require any training or integration. The set-up and codes can optionally be saved by SPIKA so that more unique batches can be generated at later dates without the risk that they might clash with any previously generated codes. SPIKA can produce a report or file at the end of the campaign with all the captured codes. Suitable for up to 5 million codes.

Loyalty Bronze

Suitable for small to medium-sized clients who wish to run multiple campaigns or code-based schemes without heavy IT and software investments. The solution comes with an optional white-labelled website which enables people to register, enter codes, keep track of their points and optionally to browse/redeem rewards. The clients may optionally choose to extend their own website to incorporate code entry and point balances. The integration and functionality of the Loyalty Bronze solution is fixed, and the solution is hosted by SPIKA. SPIKA can optionally manage the platform activities for the client to minimise the resources and training required. Some of the advanced functionality is not available. Suitable for up to 10 million codes.

Loyalty Silver

Suitable for medium to large organisations who need a loyalty platform with advanced code functionality. The solution can either be hosted by SPIKA or by the client, and it can be customised to suit specific client needs. Tailored SLA can be provided. Single sign-on with other SPIKA offerings such as the Rewards and eCommerce platforms. Can optionally integrate with tills. Recommended maximum number of codes – 500 million.

Loyalty Gold

Suitable for large organisations with their own IT infrastructure and high traffic needs. The platform supports multiple territories (or countries) and the client is able to extend the platform themselves. The solution is fully customisable and is hosted by the client. Seamless integration with 3rd-party systems and other SPIKA modules. Recommended maximum number of codes – 5 billion.
