We have always selected our team members with great care – they are exceptionally skilled and experienced. But what's equally important is the fact that we all feel proud of and passionate about what we do.

Almost half of us are hard-core programmers and other techies, but you would predominantly be looked after by our project management team, our support staff and our UX experts.

Even our business development team has the benefit of a technical background which means that they are able to understand the impact of your requirements, can advise on alternative solutions and would never sell a solution which isn't technically practical.

In a typical Swedish manner we stay clear of hierarchies or titles. We focus on team effort, quality awareness and sense of ownership. This is the foundation of our top quality results, and the fact that we have never ever missed a deadline.
